Dr. David Wheeler is a Professor of Evangelism for Liberty University and Liberty Theological Seminary.  He also serves as the Senior Executive Director of the LU Shepherd through the Office of Spiritual Development. In addition, Dr. Wheeler is the co-author of several books.  A few of those are “Evangelism Is”, “Minster to Others”, “The Great Commission to Worship, Prayer – Care – Share,” and “8 Commitments Every Christian Must Make”.
